"JupitarFinance Software" means the software which is developed by, and copyright of, JupitarFinance Ltd, under the registered trademark "jupitar finance 4" together with any updates, upgrades, revisions, modifications, new versions and related components, including, but not limited to, the jupitar finance 4 Trading Terminal, jupitarfinance IDE, User Interface, Documentation and JupitarFinance Website.
"jupitar finance 4 Client Terminal" means a trading terminal which represents a trader's workstation and enables a trader to trade in the financial markets. In addition to its updates, upgrades, revisions and new versions, jupitar finance 4 Client Terminal includes the following components:
Trading Terminal is a component designed for trading in the financial markets, price analysis, launching of applications written in JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance), testing and optimization of automated trading programs written in JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance);
JupitarFinance Language 4 Integrated Development Environment (jupitarfinance IDE) is a set of program tools for the development of program applications in JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance) which can be used in the trading terminal. jupitarfinance IDE consists of the following components:
JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance) is a programming language for the development of program applications launched in the trading terminal. The program source code generation process requires the use of .MQH and .MQ4 text files created in the source code editor MetaEditor. Program applications that can be launched in the trading terminal are represented by .EX4 files generated as a result of the jupitarfinance source code compilation using the JupitarFinance Language Compiler;
MetaEditor is an editor which is used to develop program code in JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance) and to further compile it using the JupitarFinance Language Compiler;
JupitarFinance Language Compiler is a JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance) source code compiler designed to create executable files that can be run in the trading terminal.
Strategy Tester is a part of the trading terminal designed for test and optimization of automated trading programs written in JupitarFinance Language 4 (jupitarfinance);
Program Interface is a set of tools that allow the end user to interact with the Product, including, but not limited to, the following elements of the Product graphics: button, radio button, check box, icon, list box, tree view, text box, grid view, menu, window, tab, toolbar, scrollbar, slider, status bar, tooltip;
Documentation is any documentation published on-line or otherwise provided by JupitarFinance Ltd, including but not limited to .CHM files installed together with the Product or loaded in the course of its use.
"Terms of Use" means these www.jupitarfinance.com Terms of Use which constitute the entire agreement between JupitarFinance Ltd and the User, as well as updated, modified and/or amended future versions thereof as now or hereafter in effect.
"Effective Date" means the date on which this Agreement is entered into by clicking on the "Continue", "Accept" or a similar button in accordance with the procedure described below.
"Additional Terms" means the terms and conditions that apply to Your use of the Software, Products and Website of JupitarFinance Ltd, published or declared in addition to these Terms of Use.
"Additional Agreements" means agreements that apply to Your use of jupitarfinance Services, published or declared in addition to these Terms of Use.
"Affiliated Entities" means any corporation, company or other entities that directly or indirectly control the operation of JupitarFinance Ltd or that are together with JupitarFinance Ltd controlled by third parties. "Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, patent applications, designs, trademarks and trade names (registered and unregistered), copyrights and other similar rights, database rights, technology, know-how and confidential information, all other intellectual property rights and similar or equivalent rights anywhere in the world that exist now or may exist in the future, as well as applications, alterations and amendments to any of the above rights.
JupitarFinance Website: all elements, content and style (look and feel) of the website, including 3rd level domains, with the URL addresses www.JupitarFinance.net, www.jupitar finance4.com, www.jupitarfinance.com and www.jupitar finance5.com (among other URL addresses) from which the JupitarFinance Software can be downloaded.
JupitarFinance Ltd Website: all elements, content and style (look and feel) of the website, including 3rd level domains, with the URL address www.jupitarfinance.com.
"JupitarFinance Ltd Online Materials" means materials available for downloading from the JupitarFinance Ltd Website, as well as any changes made by JupitarFinance Ltd in its sole discretion.
"JupitarFinance Ltd Advertising Materials" means any trademarks, names, brands, logos, banners and any other materials in any form belonging and/or used by JupitarFinance Ltd to promote the company, its products, services or activities.
"JupitarFinance Ltd Employees" means officers, directors, employees and representatives of JupitarFinance or Affiliated Entities, as well as any other persons employed by JupitarFinance Ltd or its Affiliated Entities.
"Account" or "jupitar finance ID" means an account with Login and Password created for Your use of www.jupitarfinance.com.
"Login" means an identification code which, in combination with the Password, gives You access to Your Account.
"Password" means a code You select, which, in combination with the Login, gives You access to Your Account.
1.2 Words used in singular form include the plural, and vise versa, as appropriate.

2.5. Before using the Trading Terminal, Products, Software and JupitarFinance Website, You must read and agree to the relevant license agreements and additional terms regarding the products or services offered by JupitarFinance. You can accept such agreements or terms by clicking the appropriate button or as otherwise suggested by JupitarFinance or by using the jupitar finance 4 Client Terminal, JupitarFinance Products, Services and Website whereby You agree and acknowledge that by such use You accept the relevant agreements or terms.
2.6. You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these Terms of Use, as well as Additional Terms and Additional Agreements, You enter into a legally binding agreement with JupitarFinance Ltd. In case of any conflict between the Additional Terms or Additional Agreements and these Terms of Use, Additional Terms or Additional Agreements shall prevail with respect to any particular service offered by JupitarFinance Ltd. We recommend that You print and keep a copy of these Terms of Use.
2.7. You hereby consent to the use of electronic communication in order to enter into agreements, contracts, make payments, place orders and other records, as well as to the electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed via the website www.jupitarfinance.com or jupitar finance Services.
2.8. We are committed to provide a secure and transparent trading ecosystem for our customers, the security deposit made by the user to secure performance, verify Identify, broker check verification and insider Trader verification, we are committed to ensuring the fair return of your security deposit. All security deposits made with us are stored your account escrow and is subject to 30-Days return policy.
2.9. Furthermore, You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any laws or regulations in any jurisdiction which require an original non-electronic signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.

The website www.jupitarfinance.com may use Your computer (or other device) resources, including, but not limited to, CPU, memory and network connectivity to ensure the functionality of the website www.jupitarfinance.com. JupitarFinance Ltd will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect the privacy and integrity of Your computer resources and Your communications. 3.5. JupitarFinance Ltd may discover that the content, materials, products or services published or distributed on www.jupitarfinance.com violate any Additional Terms or Additional Agreement or other legal agreements, third party rights, laws, rules and regulations. You agree that in this case JupitarFinance Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the distribution of, remove or stop the publication of, such content, materials, products or services, in its sole discretion or as required by the relevant government authorities.
3.6. 3.11. The JupitarFinance Platform offers four subscription plans, each with a corresponding deposit margin plan: { Silver Auto trader plan: $5000, Gold Auto Trader plan: $20,000, Diamond Auto Trader plan: $50,000,Platinum Auto Trader plan: $150,000.
3.12. You agree to comply with any and all applicable tax laws, including the reporting and payment of any taxes arising in connection with Your use of the website www.jupitarfinance.com and jupitar finance Services, and that the reporting and payment of any such applicable taxes are Your responsibility.
3.13. JupitarFinance Ltd reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content, products, materials or services from the website www.jupitarfinance.com. However, You agree that by using the website www.jupitarfinance.com You may be exposed to materials, products or services that You may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that You use the website www.jupitarfinance.com at Your own risk.

Nothing in this Agreement gives the User a right to use any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of JupitarFinance Ltd.

In using the website www.jupitarfinance.com or jupitar finance Services, You are not granted any intellectual property rights or rights in or to the website www.jupitarfinance.com or jupitar finance Services or to any related content, including materials, documentation, products or services. Any other use of the content shall be allowed only subject to respective owner's authorization or when this is provided by law. You cease to be the User;

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In order to maintain fair and complaint trading environment, we do require all traders, including brokers and personal investors to provide their Trader License and Bot code in our insider trader policy. we expect all traders to provide proof of identification and, if applicable, a personal broker license is needed to provide their Identification, Security deposit and Bot License Generator code. This requirement is designed to ensure that traders who engage in activities to fast boos many making with unlicensed bots and Trader license.
8.4. Understanding Trading Fees: 7.5% Tax Fee Commission and 2.5% Withdrawal Fee In trading, it's vital to grasp two significant fees that can impact your withdrawal:
